Little Attic Book Publisher Identity

February 2026- June 2026

A content‑driven identity for Little Attic, an independent publishing house positioned outside standardized publishing. Inspired by the 20th‑century American “little magazines”, the brand embraces short‑form literature, experimental formats, and a flexible visual system where each publication shapes its own aesthetic.

For this graduation project, The Swimmer by John Cheever served as the backbone of the identity. Through a series of illustrations and narrative‑driven compositions, the story became the primary source material for defining rhythm, atmosphere, and visual structure. The result is a contemporary small‑press identity built directly from its content.

Illustrator, photoshop used for the project outputs. spread showreel made in Adobe After effects.

Oracle Of Remembrance

December 2025- January 2026

The final project of my Audio&Visual Minor at Hu, explores the unseen weight of grieving a relationship, particularly friendships or bonds marked by emotional distance.

It invites the possibility of letting go of resentment or anxiety, of forgiving both others and ourselves. It is about taking something painful and finding the beauty within it, allowing ourselves release.

Our team built the installation using Touchdesigner, Kinects, Ableton live, After Effects and script-writing.

Window into a  world

September-November 2025

For this assignment, I collaborated with Merel van Avesaath to create a window into a world. We’re both huge fans of nostalgia and, honestly, big kids at heart. Our goal was to capture that feeling of pure glee both for ourselves and for anyone who experiences the piece. We hope it encourages people to carry their inner child with them wherever they go. There’s nothing quite like childlike wonder.

This quickly became one of my personal favourite projects of the entire Minor.

We challenged ourselves by combining TouchDesigner, MediaPipe, and blanket-fort building..

Shifting context

November 2025

Fortunaat is a context-shifted ATM inspired by everyday digital interfaces like Geldmaat. Instead of withdrawing money, users “withdraw” moments of luck, fate, or chance. What first seems like a normal, trustworthy machine slowly reveals its true identity: a twisted, Black-Mirror-esque fortune teller that lets you feel like you’re choosing your future...while subtly reminding you that you never fully are.

Made in Adobe After Effects,(Illustrator) and Audio in Ableton Live

Abstraction

October-November 2025

This project is an abstract visual interpretation of a poem about time, eclipses, and shifting emotions. Using TouchDesigner, After Effects, and hand-drawn elements from Procreate, I created layered visuals that follow the poem’s colour and mood changes. The work is projected onto my ceiling lamp and ceiling, creating a soft, immersive atmosphere. A spoken reading of the poem ties the sound and visuals together into one experience.
